âś“ Responsible for the Restaurant business performance and maintain high standard of service
âś“ Create and execute plans for restaurant sales and profitability
âś“ Plan and coordinate menus with Executive Chef
âś“ Build strong relationships with customers and serve as the main point of contact
âś“ Advise customers on menu and beverage choice
âś“ Respond to customer complaints. Ensure positive customer service, taking appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied customer into return customer
âś“ Provide effective leadership to the Service Team
âś“ Handle disciplinary issues, conducting Annual review and confirmation of staff
âś“ Constantly review, evaluate SOP and suggest improvements to the management
âś“ Ensure all employees adhere to the company's SOP
âś“ Train & coach team members to ensure staff development
âś“ Handle and control cashiering duties, daily sales collection, cashiers float and petty cash claims âś“ Perform banking duties
âś“ Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
âś“ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with 3 years in a managerial role
âś“ Have good product knowledge on Japanese food
âś“ Knowledge of cost/inventory management would be an added advantage
âś“ Excellent organizational skills
âś“ Ability to thrive in a challenging environment
âś“ Strong public relations with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
âś“ Candidate must be a strong leader & team player
âś“ Demonstrate commercial capability to deliver profit, control costs and build customer loyalty
âś“ Candidate must have basic PC-literacy
