Manage cash float exchange, including packing, receiving, and banking.

Inventory Management: Assist in issuing consumables to customers.
Record and track the quantity of consumables in and out of the vault.
Participate in periodic stocktaking of cash and consumables.

• Maximize recoveries from insurers, salvage dispositions, subrogation or other recovery proceedings through close monitoring.
• Ensure timely advices, relevant supporting documents and responses to enquiries are provided to coinsurers / reinsurers to settle their share promptly.
• As required, assist in claims related projects including UAT etc, and other projects/assignments or tasks, as assigned.

• Provide periodic updates and disseminate information to affected parties until project completion.
• Provide support and assistance for functions and events organized by the S.O. or other relevant parties.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the field of public relations with appropriate qualifications.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Our client is seeking a skilled and proactive Compliance Officer to join our client’s, Markets Compliance Team. This critical role involves monitoring regulatory changes, providing compliance advice, and executing 2nd line compliance controls to support our FICC business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Monitoring: Track and evaluate regulatory changes affecting the FICC business and branch operations.
• Compliance Advisory: Advise front office colleagues on regulatory requirements relevant to FICC business.
• Licensing Management: Ensure the branch and employees maintain necessary licenses for business activities.
• Desk Reviews: Conduct compliance reviews of front office departments.
• Training Delivery: Lead Markets Compliance training sessions for Front Office and other departments.

• Assist in the preparation and checking of Student Contracts.
• Execute student contracts in accordance with the procedures and in line with policy.
