JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle Financial and Statutory Accounting
• Prepare Head office reports
• Perform tax calculations (Corporate tax and GST computation)
• Collaborate effectively with other internal and external stakeholders

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy/Commerce or ACCA or any other relevant education
• Minimum 3 years of experience handling Accounting, Corporate tax and GST computations in a (Preferably from Corporate Banks/Financial Institutions/Commercial firms)
• Fluent in Japanese language (to liaise with both Japanese’s internal and external stakeholders)
• Meticulous, resourceful, team player, strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Description

• Prepare, maintain and manage tender documents of BOQ, tender clarifications and unit prices etc.
• Measure of quantities from drawings.
• Prepare tender documents to subcontractor / vendor for quotations.
• Manage tender administration and oversee project works.
• Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary.
• Other quantity surveying related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Survey/Architecture/lnterior Design or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
