Customer Service:
· Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing accurate product/service information.
. Manage customer onboarding process
· Assist customers in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
· Provide after-sales support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure prompt resolution.
· Perform daily transaction checking.
· Consolidate customer settlement report.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and feedback in the company's database.
· Generate reports and summaries as required by management.
Ad Hoc Duties:
· Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
· Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
· Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance customer service efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
· Minimum Higher NITEC, Diploma in Business, accouting or a related field
· Proven experience in customer service and accounting roles is preferred.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
· Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
· Ability to adapt to changing situations and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
