The Management Support Officer provides essential administrative and operational support to the management team. Gift Processing:

• Process gifts in all methods of payments, and clarify any missing, incomplete or vague information with donors in order to credit donors’ funds to NUS accurately.

Gift thank-you letters:

Provide Administrative support:

• Monitor and promptly attend to queries received through the school’s giving email account.
• Provide support to fundraising campaigns (e.g., expense tracking, vendor coordination, simple collateral design)
