Job Description

• * Screening of passengers at designated zones
• * Manual bag checks
• * Usage of security screening equipment for screening purposes
• * X-ray screening of checked in luggages
• * Any other security related roles at Airport

Requirements:

* 1 N Levels / 1 O Level / WPLN 3 x Level 4

Position: Permanent - Day Security Officer

Salary: $2700 gross

1. Works in a school environment.

2. Good customer service skills; able to communicate with people of all levels

3. 12hrs-shift (Fixed shift, no need to rotate)

4. Those have PC Knowledge will be a bonus for commercial building.

5. Job duties include issue visitors/ contractor passes, patrolling, protecting clients’ premise and access control, etc.

6. Possess valid security license, completed WSQ RTT.

Job Purpose:
Support policyholders and Financial Representatives by resolving policy-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address walk-in queries for Life/General Insurance policies and follow up on unresolved issues.
• Handle feedback, appeals, and minor complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
• Provide excellent customer service and adhere to regulatory standards.
• Assist other service touchpoints like Digital Communications and Call Centres as needed.
• Rotate among Service Centres and complete tasks assigned by the Section Head.

Requirements:

• GCE 'A' Level, Diploma, or Degree; insurance certifications (e.g., BCP, PGI) preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in insurance or banking.
• Strong customer focus, integrity, and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
