Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries about our Phonics and Math programmes, both in person and through online platforms
• Update the student attendance system and maintain accurate records
• Process school fees through our digital systems
• Upload weekly class photos and curriculum slides onto the online portal
• Assist in planning and organizing SkillsFuture training courses
• Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized environment at the center

Working Hours:

• Mondays: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Tuesdays: ½ Day, either AM or PM off)
• Fridays: 9:45 AM – 6:45 PM
• Saturdays & Sundays: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Off Days: Wednesdays and Thursdays

Responsibilities

• Facilitate day to day loan operations with internal back-office and treasury team including sending email to related internal/external parties, system input, loan file update etc
• Perform KYC / AML screening/investigations and reporting for new and existing client accounts
• Conduct on-going covenants/credit monitoring and assist annual rating review reports
• Assist investor analysis to support credit approval process for fund finance transactions
• Prepare/assist various performance and accounting internal reporting for SG Branch/Tokyo Head Office
• Participate in fund finance initiative projects and facilitate implementation process
• Conduct/assist market research to help grow the APAC fund finance business
• Assist audit communication
• Perform any other tasks as reasonably assigned by the line managers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• 3+ years of past experiences in loan operations and financial industry, ideally in fund finance, structured finance, or corporate finance
• Strong multi-task skills to meet various transactional timelines with preciseness
• Strong sense of urgency with regard to day-to-day responsibilities, given or ad-hoc task arising out of internal or external service issues or concerns
• Ability to work in a small team with good teamwork ethic and cultural sensitivity
• Good understanding of the banking products and culture
• Analytical and writing skills to generate/assist credit analysis reports
• Communication and interpersonal skills with both internal and external parties
• Proactive and highly motivated individual who is passionate about adding value to a new business.
• Understanding of MUTB policies and procedures (credit, employment, compliance, conduct, etc)

• Conduct site safety audit inspections, monitor and drive contractors’ close out of safety violations
• Identify foreseeable risks and hazards in the worksite and in relation to the work activities and work sequence and assess suitability of contractors’ risk control measures.
• Review contractors’ method statement, risk assessment and safe work procedure and recommend and implement practicable measures and safe work procedures
• Facilitate Investigation processes and report to WSH Manager on all incidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Liaise with main contractor representatives, subcontractor and relevant Authorities pertaining to safety matters
• Monitor follow-up actions to ensure safety compliance and close out inspection findings and observations.
• Ensure SMM implementation and compliance due to COVID-19 or any other pandemic outbreaks.
• Inculcate a safe working environment and promote positive safety culture and training.
• Relevant duties as and when assigned by Reporting Manager

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or Workplace Safety & Health disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience as WSHO
• MOM Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO)
• Highly motivated, results-oriented and good team player
• Able to manage contractors and consultants.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum guidance and meeting tight deadlines and report effectively to the WSH Manager
• Comfortable to work in construction site in the western side of Singapore.
