Job Responsibilites

Billing and invoicing

Perform day to day billing operations

Generate invoices for posting to customers

Oversees and manage billing schedules and prompt issurance to meet both customer expectations and company requirements

Verify invoice details, by cross referencing with customer's signed contracts/ quotations to ensure accuracy, and proactively address anu discrepancies or errors to compliance with agreed terms.

Interact with internal and external customers on rates and charges disputes

Maintain and update accurate records of billing transactions within the system

Provide accounting support

Monitor customer accounts for non-payments , delayed payments, or irregularities and take appropriate actions

Other duties as assigned

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle public complaints and feedback related to project site.
• Prepare letters and notices to communicate with community and residents regarding development of project.
• Implement public relationship programme.
• Arrange and attend meetings on public relation matters with project team where necessary.
• Prepare a monthly report to update on the feedbacks and complaints.
• Maintain good relationship with clients and residents.
• Assist other general administrative support to the project teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Specification:

• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience working in a public-facing role.
• Willing to work at site office environment.
• Good communication skills.
• MRT working experience would be an added advantage.

We are actively seeking a person to apply for a newly created role within our organisation. The role is an intermediate role mainly based in Singapore with infrequent requirements to also travel aboard to our sister company's which are in Mainland China, Hong Kong & New Zealand. The position itself relates to an executive administration role where you'll be reporting to top management and undertaking responsibility with junior staff across Asia Oceania within our organisation.

Requirements

Minimum 4-years office management, assistant executive or similar experience.

Degree or Advanced Diploma required.

Knowledge of office protocol and procedures.

Good written & verbal communication skills.

Aptitude in Mathematics.

Competency in Microsoft Office including MS project. MS SharePoint and comfortable learning specialised accounting software.

Responsibilites

Execute various accounting duties, including payable, processing invoices and processing deposits.

Oversee an efficient office environment, maintaining servers, and directing internal communications.

Professional handling of phone and email communications and greeting clients/visitors.

Administration support for directors including but not limited to, typing letters, filing, travel arrangements and coordinating mailings.

Maintain database and hardcopy files.

Coordinate board meetings, including compiling board materials, taking minutes and sending notifications to board & staff.

Travel internationally as required.

Performing other duties as assigned.

OVERALL JOB PURPOSE

To support the HRA department in administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in manpower resourcing, employer branding of choice and ensuring effective recruitment, on-boarding, deployment and retention.
• Assist with advertising agencies on the publishing of recruitment advertisements and external vendor on supplying workers for part-time basis.
• Update records and maintain proper filing of all employees’ personal files.
• Update staff bio-data in the HRIS and extract information from clock in and clock out devices on staff attendance and overtime matters.
• To handle employee’s inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Prepare CPF Refund & HRA Monthly report.
• To support the HR team in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
• Prepare and submit all MOM and other government bodies and statutory reports and statutory survey forms.
• WSH - Report of Accident and submission of WICA.
• Perform general administration duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• Possess a Diploma Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• 2 – 4 years of relevant working experience in Administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new HR technologies and practices.

Work Week: 5.5 days

Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm (Monday to Friday)

9:00 am to 1:00 pm (Saturday)

Monthly Salary: S$6,000 to S$7000
