Programme Management:

• Liaise with external organizers for seniors’ events / activities

• Plan and organize events/activities for seniors

• Update events listing every week for volunteers participation.

• In-charge of RAMS & AAR for required activities

• Prepare quarterly reports on volunteers management for C3A submission

• Work alongside with PA, GROs & AACs on scheduling intervention programme i.e. Happy Hours Programme etc.

• Identify resources that can enhance existing intervention programme. • In charge of trishaw maintenance and maintenance log.

Community Development

• Develop and execute the volunteer management system in line with community’s vision and mission.

• Project requirements for volunteers and develop the volunteer recruitment and retention strategy.

• Evaluate, enhance and implement volunteer management policies and processes (e.g. volunteer training, development, recognition, engagement), empowering volunteers within the community to use their individual strengths to do good within their community and pursue the goals and causes they care about.

• Develop risk mitigation measures and a volunteer continuity plan.

• Conduct volunteer data analysis.

• Develop collaborations with community stakeholders and corporate partners for volunteering opportunities.

• Identify emerging approaches in volunteer management and evaluate volunteerism trends and impact which will value add to the volunteer engagement strategies and approaches.

• Establish a reliable pool of long-term volunteers to support CWAS in its various programmes, initiatives and events.

• Identify assets and strengths within the community that allows the reintegration of isolated/lonely seniors back into community through volunteerism and also linking these assets to those who need it.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma and above, preferably in social work/science or community development with 1-2 years of relevant experience in programme management, volunteer management and event management, preferably in a charitable/non-profit organisation.

• Possess an excellent interpersonal skills (both written & spoken)

• Good organizational & event/programme management skills

• Resilient and able to work both independently and with the management team.

• Resourceful, adaptable and able to multitask under given deadlines/timelines.

The Assistant Director, Marketing, Communications & Partnerships reports to the Executive Director and works closely with the Board members and stakeholders.

The incumbent is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives and forging partnerships with potential partners and donors to drive fundraising efforts and deliver good outcomes for the beneficiaries and families. He / She will oversee communication strategies and branding efforts, to ensuring a consistent brand image and messaging across all communication channels.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing

• Collaborate with Education Services to develop Branding and Marketing Strategy.

Strategic Communications

• Develop and implement effective communications strategies to manage corporate branding, media relations, fund-raising, and other engagement initiatives.

Fundraising & Donors Engagement

• Develop and manage a portfolio of prospective donors to contribute towards the long-term financial sustainability of NLCS Group.

Partnership Management

• Lead the identification, cultivation and management of strategic partnerships with external stakeholders.

Volunteer Management

• Develop and implement engagement strategies to recruit volunteers with the right skills and ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Drive the volunteer management programme to train, deploy, support, retain and appreciate volunteers.
• Communicate volunteer opportunities and initiatives to partners and the community, promoting volunteerism and engagement.

Project Management

• Meticulous project management skills with attention to details and an analytical mindset. Proven ability to manage marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring the team meets timelines and delivers quality results.

Budget & Resource Management

• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and maximising ROI. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and document processes.

Requirements:

• Degree or Post Graduate Degree in a relevant professional field from an accredited institution.
• At least 10 years of experience in social services sector / non-profit organisation, community outreach, partnership building, or fundraising.
• Strong track record in delivering community impact and in engaging with community work or in working with beneficiaries from vulnerable backgrounds.
• Strategic, innovative, articulate and motivated – a go getter.
• Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills, able to prepare messages for pitching to donors and prospects. A high level of written and presentation skills is advantageous.
• Leadership skills – to influence, guide and mobilize team members to achieve high standards of service delivery.

• Ability to network effectively with government agencies, churches and community partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Review tender specifications, contract terms, and project requirements to develop comprehensive tender proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather required information and align submissions with company capabilities.
• Develop and maintain a detailed schedule to manage multiple tenders efficiently.
• Analyze and interpret technical and commercial requirements to ensure compliance.

Duties include responsible for facilitating and supervising day to day operations at a store and work along side

with store managers, dispathcers and drivers effectively to make sure entire operation run smoothly and drivers

1. Learn and familiarize dedicated transport management system

2. Assign and optimize best routes for driver to ensure utmost optimal path are allocating for each drivers

3. Allocating task for dispatchers and make sure they execute task accodingly

4. When in need, you will need to fill in despatcher role including

4.1 Scanning QR code

4.2 Collecting totes and cooler box from basement to dispatch area

4.3 Loading goods from dispatch area to loading bay at basement for drivers to collect

5. Monitoring and ensure each driver load all the goods to van before leaving for delivery

6. Ensure all failed delivery from driver return to the person in charge at the store

7. Communiate and sync with other store managers and person in charge on dedicated communication platform to ensure operation run smoothly

8. Maintain dispatcher job results by coaching, planning, monitoring and appraising job results

• Train, orientate and monitor new service staff
• Assist management in sales building and maintain strict cost control
• Set service standards for the restaurant – greetings, up sell, friendliness, etc.
• Attend to guest service or dining area issues promptly and effectively
• Prepare weekly work schedules for all service staff, including part-timer
