Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Compliance Manager to oversee and manage the company’s regulatory and compliance framework. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to local and international regulations, including licensing requirements, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies, and Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) protocols.

Key Responsibilities：

Regulatory Compliance & Licensing

• Lead the application and management of regulatory licenses, including submissions to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and other relevant authorities.

• Regularly review and update KYC/KYB processes to ensure alignment with regulatory expectations.

Policy Development & Implementation

• Draft and implement compliance policies, procedures, and controls tailored to business activities.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on compliance best practices and emerging risks.

Monitoring and Reporting

• Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to compliance policies.
• Monitor transactions for suspicious activity and report suspicious transactions (STRs) as required.
• Maintain records of compliance activities, audits, and findings.

Collaboration

• Work closely with product, operations, and legal teams to embed compliance in business processes.
• Support the development of new products by providing compliance guidance and risk assessments.

Key Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Professional certification in AML (e.g., CAMS) or compliance is a plus.

About the Role

Responsible for the compliance of AML/CFT, Data Protection and Complaint matters of Private Banking Departments:

1. Conduct client on-boarding due diligence assessment and verification of on-boarding documents.

2. Conduct periodic KYC review and trigger KYC review of existing clients.
