Responsibilities

Job Scope:

Organizing visits for service, installation, repair, troubleshooting, and relocation.

• Commissioning and installing new equipment at customer locations.
• Dismantling and setting up equipment for demonstrations.
• Providing training to users for equipment familiarity.

Customer Interaction:

• Responding to service inquiries.
• Participating in user meetings.
• Committing to customer satisfaction and fostering a service-oriented team culture.

Service Administration:

• Preparing service quotations, contracts, reports, and invoices.
• Managing the procurement and distribution of spare parts from suppliers.
• Coordinating the delivery and collection of equipment for in-house repairs and new installations.
• Addressing outstanding debts with proactive measures.
• Returning faulty parts to vendors for analysis and testing.
• Supplying technical information and quality reports to the Principal.

Requirement

• Min. Diploma in engineering.
• 1-2 years’ service engineer working experience
• Prior experience with diagnostics imaging devices would be an advantage
• Independent and strong team player
• Training will be provided plus opportunity for factory training with certifications

About the role: This role will be hired on a 2 year contract (renewable)

• Leading a team of lift specialists in the general repair and upgrading of lifts.
• Overseeing and planning lift testing and maintenance in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Handle lift and escalator contract renewals.

About you:

• Minimum recognised degree or diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in lift maintenance and supervision
• Good organizational, reporting, and supervisory skills are essential
• Ability to handle pressure and work challenging lead times
