As an After-sales Technical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing all aspects of after-sales services. • At least 8 -10 years of experience in contract management in construction industry, including experience with large-scale projects.
• Legal knowledge and experience with contracts are highly preferred.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct to handle confidential and sensitive information, and adherence to ethical standards for establishing trust and credibility.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills; proficiency in contract management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to analyse complex contract terms, identify potential risks, and develop solutions to mitigate them.
• Meticulous attention to detail to accurately review, draft, and administer contracts. A keen eye for identifying inconsistencies, errors, or potential issues is vital to maintain contract integrity.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing contract-related workflows efficiently.
• In-depth understanding of marine construction processes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements (contract law and legal principles).
