Account Assistant play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of construction projects.

This position involves assisting with various accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, billing, and collections.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for construction projects.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payments.
