• Assist in pre-contract works to obtain the project in Southeast Asia.

• Monitor progress against programme and cost against budget

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• 10 years of relevant expereince in project management i.e. RC works, Electrical works which includes experience in tunnelling projects with 5 years in Senior Project Engineer or M&E Manager roles and operational experience.

• Manage the tender team in preparation of technical submissions for tender and tender pre-qualification exercises.
• Evaluate tender documents and summarize critical information.
• Handle all documentation including method statements and other submissions.
• Address tender queries and monitor tender progress.
• Work closely with tender team, consultants, various government agencies and authorities to obtain necessary information to facilitate for tender submission.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering (PE Board recognised)
• At least 8 years of experience working as a Technical Manager in Construction/Construction Management handling building projects in Singapore for mega projects.
• Hands on experience in reviewing of structural, architectural and M&E technical drawings.
