• To assist Safety Manager in liaising and co-ordinate with stakeholders, authorities and agencies and other Consultants employed by Developer.
• To put up daily situation reports.
• Ensure risk assessment and safe working procedures are correctly executed on-site.
• To conduct daily health, safety, and environmental inspections, prepare reports and follow up with Project Safety Team / Contractors for closure.
• To carry out investigations into all accidents and near-miss incidents and to record the findings on the relevant forms.
• Wear appropriate personal protective clothing/equipment and observe all safety requirements/procedures.
• To implement and monitor appropriate safety measures in accordance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act and Safety Management System.
• To highlight areas where training/certification is required to meet the standards imposed by Legislation, Approved Codes of Practice, or H.S.E. guidance

Requirements

• At least 03 years of Project relevant experience in the construction industry preferably 2 years with the developer/main contractor.
• Must be a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer with MOM.
• Has developed a Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2) or equivalent

• To assist the Authority’s appointed consultants and Resident Technical Officer (RTO) in carrying out supervision works on site.
• To keep and maintain site record on progress of works, instructions given to contractors,materials delivered to site, daily activities and weather conditions at site, number of workers and visitors at site and any other significant information.
• To supervise and keep records of day works.
• To attend site / co-ordination meeting as directed.

What Will You Do

• To ensure the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
• To collaborate and coordinate internally and externally with other discipline's design changes and model changes.
• To develop accurate construction drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM platform.
• To coordinate design documentation as a methodology with full utilization of BIM software and tools.
• To attend coordination meetings with Project Consultants and coordinate with BIM Coordinators of other disciplines.
• To be responsible for maintaining and updating of BIM model until as build.
• To carry out proper procedures and preparations for drafting for the different stages of issue and authority submission of the project assigned.
• To prepare production of shop drawings and as-built drawings, including BIM models if required.
