Duties & Responsibilities:

1. The Construction Manager shall play a key role in the conceptual development of the various construction projects and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation

• Plan and schedule work activities at sites in accordance to master program and ensure work is conducted in a timely and safe manner.

• Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Responsibilities

· Document control for site management team.

· Maintain staff attendance records

· Provide administrative supports to site personnel.

· Coordinate and respond to HQ for all matters relating to office admin matters

Requirements

· At least 2 years of experience in construction site office admin support.

· Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications

· Bilingual in English / Mandarin
