• Project Reporting and Documentation:

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience on LTA projects, specifically handling utilities.
• Proven experience with utility agents and authorities (PUB, SP Power, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of NCE application processes and traffic control plan (TCP) execution.
