• Assist in yearly audit, handle audit queries.

• Assist in all the daily administrative work include duly issue of invoices, quotation, collection of payment, official receipt, commission vouchers, filling,etc.
• Assist in preparation of payment/petty cash vouchers and claims and reimbursements
• Assist in preparing and generating monthly financial statements and supporting documents
• Assist in preparing quarterly GST report
• Follow-up on overdue accounts
• Assist in preparation of quotations, and project related matters
• Maintain and upkeep accounting document and records to comply with ISO system
• Handle accounting and clerical tasks that contributes to office efficiency
• Responsible to ensures that office facilities and equipment are appropriately maintained
