• Other duties such as reconciliation of credit card bills by matching the invoices with the receipts before forwarding to Accounts Department;
• Performs any other duties as assigned.

• Address resident complaints and feedback related to the project site.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders living or working near the construction site.
• Prepare and update weekly reports, and compile monthly reports for submission to HDB.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, filing, scanning, and maintaining accurate records.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned from time to time.
