Growing international school is looking for an experienced HR Manager to serve under two main functions:

1) Human Resources

2) Personal Assistant to CEO/COO

Job Description:

• Support the full spectrum of Human Resource (HR) functions which includes recruitment, learning and development, appraisal, payroll, CPF and employee relations.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems that drives high performance
• Responsible for developing Learning and Development (L&D) programs and conducting Training Needs Analysis to improve existing staff performance
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Be part of the team in implementing and developing good HR practices, policies and desired work culture and ensure that they are aligned with Company's objectives
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Manage the CEO/COO schedules to co-ordinate meetings/appointments and to ensure smooth running of such meetings
• Provide a full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support to the CEO/COO
• Coordinate and communicate with various departments and all levels of staff on matters directed by the CEO/COO
• Maintain confidentiality on sensitive matters/issues
• Any other duties as assigned by the CEO/COO

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevance experience
• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• Practical knowledge of the Employment Act and other manpower-related legislations, current and emerging HR trends and practices
• Proficient in MS Office. Familiar with commonly used communication platforms and software.
• Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
• Extensive knowledge of HR platforms.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Proven track record in developing HR policies and processes and managing day-to-day HR Operations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee brand activities, including sales, purchasing, inventory management, and marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with business goals.
• Act as the main liaison between the brand and internal teams, managing key accounts and developing strong, collaborative relationships.
• Lead efforts in business development, identifying new opportunities for brand expansion and growth in both local and regional markets.
• Oversee stock replenishment, inventory management, and distribution across various points of sale.
• Conduct sales analysis, competitor research, and customer feedback to refine brand strategies and enhance market presence.
• Ensure all promotional materials, store visuals, and brand messaging are updated and in line with the brand's luxury image.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of working experience with managerial responsibilities, ideally in luxury retail or fashion.
• Proven background in a mix of purchasing/inventory management, business development, brand/account management, sales, and marketing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, conscientious, and a team player with strong communication abilities.

Reporting to the Operations Manager (OM) / General Manager (GM), the role will embark on an exciting journey as part of the Operations Team. In this role, individuals will be provided with opportunities to learn about the management of food courts and coffeeshops.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operations

• Lead a team of Senior / Food court Manager in achieving sales targets and overall performance of outlets
• Provide guidance to Senior / Food court Manager and F&B Supervisor to maintain smooth daily operations of the Food courts and Coffeeshops
• Ability to lead and set directions as well as provide guidelines to the operation team according to company SOPs and operational workflows.
• Maintain good working relationships with landlords, relevant authorities/ agencies, and stall tenants.
• Assist inspectors of relevant authorities/ agencies such as NEA, SFA and Civil Defense during outlet inspection and follow-up actions.
• Liaise with landlords on building matters, joint promotions and events.
• Responsible in marketing of food stalls to tenants and ensure outlet’s prompt collection of rental from tenants
• In-charge for lease renewal agreement, negotiate and follow-up on terms of lease with stall tenants.
• Responsible for sourcing qualified tenants / food types to fill up vacant stalls and to ensure that all vacant stalls are filled
• Propose activities according to market needs.
• Take immediate and appropriate collection/legal actions for recovery of debt (e.g. Stall rental etc.) and minimize credit losses
• Able to handle daily sales settlement

Administration

• Handle disciplinary issues, grievances, disputes and work tension among the team.
• Handles the termination procedures as per company’s guideline.
• Effectively communicate company policies and procedures to team members, and stall tenant etc.
• Accountable for outlet float money, petty cash and daily sales collection.
• Responsible for ensuring stall tenants’ daily sales received, are correct and being bank in.
• Timely submission of outlet reports.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports to Senior Management.
• Ensure proper cost control on all expenses according to budget.
• Carry out necessary actions against stall tenants and contractors for non-conformance in service, housekeeping and agreements.

Job Requirements:

• With passion in working F&B industry and its operational processes.
• Diploma in F&B, supply chain or related disciplines
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Food courts operation
