Job Responsibilities:

• Able to lead site safety team
• Develop, review, revise, maintain and implementation of site Workplace Safety & Health Management System effectively to manage risks and reduce accidents
• To investigate all incidents on the work site and implement correction actions.

• Constant update to management of WSH performance and the continual improvement plan.
• Liaise with 3rd party security service provider and ensure the appropriateness and effectiveness of services rendered to organization.
• Constant plan-do-check-act on the related WSH matter of plant's WSH Management System and ensure continual improvement/upgrading of the system.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Min. Degree / Advanced diploma in WSH (Level C)
• Registered as WSHO with MOM
• More than 3 years of experience performing as a WSHO
