Job Descriptions:

• Manage and prepare the measurements and cost estimates for the construction projects from initial calculations to the final accounts.
• Prepare contract documents in accordance to the regulations.
• Prepare cost analysis and monitor project overruns to ensure the objectives of the project is achieved.
• Access payment and variation works to subcontractors to facilitate the smooth workflow process.
• Communicate with the management, sub-contractors and keeps track of the progression of the sub-contract.
• Any other adhoc tasks assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Responsible to review T&C in all contracts and risk assessment and advise solutions accordingly.
• Resolve all contract issues and ensure all lega implications are reviewed and managed.
• Liaise with maincon on contractual matters including payment claims, change orders, variation orders, extension of time, etc.
• Lead and monitor the QS team for progress claims, variation works, bills of quantities and other tender requirements.
• Provide supervision to all contractual matter, tendering and procurement procedures (i.e. cost control, project budgeting, etc.)
• Work closely with the project team to ensure timely payments from maincon.
• Ensure timely finalization by maincon.

Requirements:-

• Degree or Diploma in Construction Management / ERSS / Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 5-years of relevant working experience in contract administration, preferably have experience in SOP.
• Meticulous and systematic individual with positive working attitude.
• Possess good analytical skills and able to work in a dynamic & fast pace environment to meet critical deadline.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Multi-tasking and able to handle stress.
• 5 days week.
• Possess valid Class 3 driving license and own transport is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify project design hazards, construction risks, and constructability issues.
• Develop corresponding mitigation measures together with the project team.
• Chair regular risk mitigation meetings and training with clients and internal parties.
• Advise management on alternative safer and higher productivity construction methodologies.
• Review method statements and risk assessments for safety and construction compliance.
• Attend meetings related to construction progress, risks, etc.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Managements.

Job Requirements:

• Have reasonable exposure in safety and health for construction especially on transportation infrastructure projects in a similar nature
• Attended the Design for Safety (DfS) for Professional Course and passed the assessment or equivalent.
• A registered PE or Architect with a Practicing Certificate OR
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in the design and the supervision of the construction of structures with at least 5 years in design which includes contributions to designs and writing specification
• Have a degree accepted by PE Board or Board of Architect and construction related degree accepted by Singapore Institute of Surveyors (SISV) and Society of Project Managers (SPM)
• Possess excellent leadership, planning, good management skills, interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
• Have experience in LTA projects have an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle public complaints and feedback related to project site.
• Prepare letters and notices to communicate with community and residents regarding development of project.
• Implement public relationship programme.
• Arrange and attend meetings on public relation matters with project team where necessary.
• Prepare a monthly report to update on the feedbacks and complaints.
• Maintain good relationship with clients and residents.
• Assist other general administrative support to the project teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• To assist in site supervision works
• Coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients & consultants
• Coordinating for the project planning, documentation and execution of works on site
• Coordination, supervision & monitoring the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering
