Job Responsibilities:
Handle full spectrum of HR duties for workers only.
First point of contact for all worker's HR-related queries.
Handle all work pass-related matters including application, renewal, issuance and cancellation.
Work with recruitment agency on the hiring of workers.
Coordinate with Operations Department in project executions, including fulfilling manpower requirements, site registrations, inductions.
Administer recruitment, resignation, termination, promotion, benefits.
Generation of all HR-related documents and letters.
Maintain and update employees’ personal records.
Administer and handle all foreign workers natters as per regulations,
Administer workers’ welfare
Any other HR-related duties as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
Min Diploma with at least 1year of working experience
Resourceful with positive attitude and able to work independently
A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact well with people at all levels
Good knowledge and familiar with employment regulations
Ability to work with MS word and Excel
Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin as needed to liaise with the Chinese client.
