Responsibilities
• Responsible to order and maintain office supplies (stationery, pantry and toiletry items)
• Administrative duties such as attending to phone calls or visitors.
• Administers Internship Programmes with respective educational institutions
• Issuing of PO
• Responsible for the up-keeping of the administrative functions such as monitoring workers CSOC, Coretrade and contract expiry for renewal for workers.
• Filing of documents and maintenance of records for easy retrieval and accurate documentation to facilitate information flow
• Open Mailbox and dispatch to respective department
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
• Payroll for Worker
• Prepare & Maintain Worker Employee files
• Monitor Workers Passport & WP (Expiry Dates)
• Assist workers employment recruitment and onboarding
• Execute HR operational functions in relation to employees’ data maintaining, leave administration, employee benefits administration, medical claims, work pass applications, letter of employment preparation, training registrations, confirmation & warning letter.
• Compiling of workers’ timesheet and OT.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned by Mgmt.
Requirements
• At least GCE O Level with some relevant working experience in Human Resources and Administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
• Ability to work independently.
Others:
· Working Hours: 5 days work week
Monday – Friday 8am to 5.45pm
· Work Location: Near Taiseng Mrt
· Candidates who are available to commence work immediately will be preferred.
· Salary : $2,500 - $3,500
