• To collate the list of sites for site surveillance;
• To prepare submission report to record the number of submissions reviewed;
• To monitor alerts sent from the Board’s monitoring system and follow up with the construction contractors who are working near to water pipes; and
• To conduct any other works in relation to the submissions as required by the Board

Qualification

• Possess a minimum of Diploma certificate in Engineering or equivalent (Civil Engineering)
• Must be Singaporean.

Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.00am-5.00pm, Sat 8.00am-12.00pm
Salary: $5000-$6500


Responsibilities:
• Assist Senior Project Manager or Project Manager during planning and supervising work on site.
• Ensure the work goes on track.
• Provide information of construction planning and coordinate works to subcontractors, client and consultants.
• Supervise and guide the workers to achieve requirement.
• Critical thinking and problem solving for incoming issues.
• Analyze the upcoming risk from the workplace or work processes and minimize impact within the construction activities.
• Assist the Senior Project Manager/HOD in the coordinator of work for the on-going project.
• Manage the project sites and operations by overseeing the day to day running of all matters related to the construction of the project.
• Ensure that all projects are duly completed within budget and high quality.
• Ensure goals are met with regards to customer satisfaction, quality and team performance
• Ensure that all workplace safety rules and regulations are being observed to the construction of the project.
• Assist Senior Project Manager/HOD in the feasibility study of identified projects as they arise.
• Identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes and remedies through appropriate solutions.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirement
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
• Min 2-3 years Assistant Project Manager on Construction company experience
• Good interpersonal skill
• Strong troubleshooting skill and analytical mind
• Self-motivated and team player

· To perform and ensure accuracy in payroll administration for the foreign workers

· To ensure proper updates of employee records and documentation

· To assist in obtaining approval of the Man Year Entitlement (MYE) for sub-contractors

· To assist in obtaining Prior Approval for recruitment of foreign workers

· To update and follow up for all enrolment of Safety Orientation Course (SOC)

· To maintain a tracking records of the worker deployment to site

· To process and follow up on all the foreign worker matters e.g. (Work Permit)

· To ensure proper updates of employee records and documentation. (leave administration, medical, group insurance and training)

· To process and follow up with all workmen compensation insurance claim for the Company and the sub-contractors

· To update all ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001 documentation
