The MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) Engineer assists the MEP Manager and Project Manager in supervision of all MEP works at Project Site. Ensuring that works carried out by construction coordinators and subcontractors are in accordance with specifications, drawings and stipulated work programme. At the same time making sure that quality requirement, standards and MEP construction materials are efficiently utilized. · Able to carry out construction work involving Formwork /Reinforcement /Concreting

· Able to have Timber/ Aluminium/ Steel Structural Formwork acknowledge

· Able to do costing of Formwork materials

· Responsible for reading and interpreting drawing

· Calculation quantity of material requirement

· Monitor Shutter making and assembling process

· To take responsibly practicable, such measures as are necessary to ensure that during the properly erected

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Carry out site co-ordination work.

2. Attend periodic site and office meeting.

Requirements

1. Civil Engineering or Diploma or equivalent.

2. Minimum 1-2 years post graduate experience in local building /civil construction projects including on site experience.

3. Willing to work in construction sites.

4. Preferably good command in both written English and Chinese.

5. Proficient in PC skills including MS Words, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Autocad.

6. Good Interpersonal and coordination skills.

7. Stable, positive attitude & self motivated.

8. Fresh graduates will also be considered.

9. WIlling to learn draft Method Statement;

10. Willing to learn and good at using Microsoft Project;

11. with minium 1 year on site experience will be bonus;

12. Appreciate construction safety first, quality is the key element allow us survives well, then programme and cost and buget.

13. Good team sipirt, positive and professional business ethics with can do attitude.
