We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Property Executive to assist in managing and optimizing a portfolio of properties (residential/commercial/industrial) and evaluating new property development or value-add opportunities. 6. Risk Management and Compliance:

o Ensure all properties are in compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.

7. Administrative Support:

o Handle administrative duties such as preparing reports, correspondence, and filing property-related documents.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
