• Serve as the Contract Administrator for projects, including the evaluation of contractual claims.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in residence building development or commercial building in Singapore
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on teamwork, collaboration, and problem-solving.

Data entry

Generating and issuance of invoices and reports

Scanning, sorting, filing of documents.

Provide office support & admin duties

Handle general arrangements

Other ad-hoc duties

O levels and above.

Proficient in Microsoft office.

Basic knowledge in account/administrative/HR.

Meticulous, responsible, independent, willing to learn

Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work with minimum supervision
