• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to Architectural works;
• Supervise the progress of Architectural works on site;
• Coordination of sub-contractor's Architectural work and ensuring the work is on schedule.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture/Building
• 5-8 years’ of working experiences in main contractor companies preferably in large scale commercial projects
• Highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understand in Autocad/ BIM/ construction drawing/ architectural drawings

Job Responsibilities:

• Overhaul of Company’s global scope of work and construction engineering
• Adapting and modifying global template to country specific requirements in the APAC region
• Reviewing current technical and commercial templates being used for Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts
• Coordinate across countries in APAC to the new global set of templates.
• Reviewing and editing large amounts of construction documents to consolidate into one master contract
• Tracking, coordinating and reviewing comments or errors flagged by stakeholders on documents with decision markers

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 5-8 years of construction contract or technical writing experience from construction, consulting , data center industry
• Should have construction contract experience across APAC region
• Exposure or experience in data centers and / or direct experience managing or administration a construction project would be an added advantage
• Should have good stakeholder and project management skills
