• Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers
• Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off
• Prepare Tender submission, handle progress claims/payment, VO & finalized project
• Handle on-going project and resolve contractual issues
• Good knowledge of structural works measurement
• To handle other assigned duties or related job as required
• 5 days work with 8 hours

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 3 years working experience in similar field
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Proactive and well organized
