Job Description
• Prepare documentation required for the project
· Coordiate with sub-contractors and owners
· Initial project setup and setting up project execution planning and managing the process
· Responsible for tender management from development of concept, preparation of tender specification and document to award the projects
· Procurement and scoping of resources, review tenders and plan logistics
• Coordinate with various government and utility agencies for site clearance
• Plan, schedule and monitor progress on site
• Ensure all works adhere to planned timeline
• Prepare and submit reports as required
• Any other duties that may assigned from time to time by Management
Requirement:
Degree holder in Civil Engineering
Min 5 years of working experience in construction industry. With local main-con experience are preferrable.
Good project management, communication, and good leadership
Good leadership and organizing abilities
