Job Scope:

- Project planning, coordination and overseeing the progress of all works on site.

- Anticipating problems and solving problems.

- Integrating all project stakeholders, including clients' representatives and consultants, and addressing their needs.

- Monitor, coordinate, supervise work progress on site.

- Arrange materials requisition in advance for each phase of the project if necessary.

- Any other ad hoc duties when assigned

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of working experience in interior fit out works of corporate / industrial office projects.

- To perform under tight schedules with minimum supervision.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills

-Cut tiles and shape them properly to ensure they fit around obstacles and in tight corners and odd spaces using power and hand tools.

- Form tile beds using concrete, plaster, mastic, cement, glue or mortar utilizing tools such as screeds, brushes and trowels.

- Align tiles and straighten them with straightedges, levels and squares to ensure patterns are even and precise.

- Prepare various surfaces prior tiling with waterproofing material or lath and by cleaning the surfaces properly.

- Tapping of tiles to ensure no hollowness.

Responsibilities:

- To supervise construction and engineering works

- To monitor work progress and provide reporting

- Lead in Site Coordination and execution relating to the construction project.

- To update structural progress with scheduling tools.

- Ensuring supervisors & foremen meets clients’ regulatory work requirements.

- To check and ensure compliance with check list

- Responsible for all inspection activities being carried out.

- Ensuring environmental, safety and health practices are carried out at all times.

- Overall project planning and management to meet time, cost, and quality objective.

- Managing of production progress on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis by analysing output, identifying issues, troubleshoot and sharing the results internally

- Effectively plan and manage the die-set, machines, materials, manpower planning, and production schedules to optimize production quantity and produce high quality products, by making the right decision to maximize the results.

- Daily equipment maintenance work plan

- Maintain good housekeeping and discipline

Requirements:

- Able to speak English

- Have at least 10 years of working experience in Construction or Engineering related fields

- Able to work independently and in a team

- Familiar with equipment plant superstructure works construction management

- Able to work on shift when required

- Good analytical, supervision and communication skills
