• Capable of managing multiple minor projects simultaneously without compromising quality or schedule.
• Maintain an organized approach to juggling different project demands.
• Possess strong knowledge of building-related works, including civil engineering, structural, architectural, plumbing, piling, and addition and alteration (A&A) projects. Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations and building codes.
• Provide regular project progress reports to management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and mitigation strategies. Maintain effective communication with clients, managing agents, and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field
• Minimum 2 Years of experience in project management with M&E
• Able to start work in short notice
