Checking of IFA and IFF drawing and analysing them as per need. 

Submission of RFA for all project documents and sample materials. 

Discuss and solve the execution difficulties of technical problems / drawings wise with Consultant. 

Co-ordinate with Main con, consultant and sub-contractors representatives and relevant authorities for the smooth execution of the works. 

Co-ordination with project team for any planning issues with production, construction & further material ordering. 

Preparing work schedule and update the day to day progress for monitoring the work progress. 

Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track 

Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails 

Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives 

Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships 
