Your Role

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to assist the Project Manager and oversee the progress of construction activities.

What Will You Do

• To oversee the progress of all construction activities.
• To ensure all equipment’s are in working order and good condition.
• To ensure the workers follow site safety procedures.
• To review daily construction work and suggesting any improvement measures.
• To ensure project completion as per the set timeline.
• To prepare progress report and report to the Project Manager.
• To attend any on-site meetings or events.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.

What Do We Want

• At least an O Level, ITE or higher.
• Have experience as a Supervisor in related field.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities within the construction sector.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure smooth transition and handover of projects from sales to execution phase.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in (Mechanical/Electrical)
• Experience in engineering sales industry
• At least 1 year of experience
