· We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

· An excellent Construction Project Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills.

· The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements

• Lead and manage the mechanical and electrical (M&E) design and engineering activities.
• Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of M&amp;E systems for construction projects.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure integration and coordination of M&E systems with overall project design.
• Review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and technical documents.
• Prepare and present technical proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the design and construction of M&E systems.
• Manage and monitor project progress, budget, and quality of deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in M&E design and engineering, preferably in the construction or design industry.
• Experience in managing and leading a team of engineers.

· To assist the Project Manager in managing a construction site in its day to day operations.

· Familiar with structural or architectural works or wet work (plastering, brickworks)

· Familiar with external works, etc.

· Develop a work schedule for workers

· Supervise all construction workers

· Solve disputes between workers

· To carry out inspection of workers' personal protection equipment and safety gear in order to adhere to the company's safety policies.

· Be the liaison between construction workers and supervisors

· Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.

Requirements

· Proven experience as construction foreman In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines

· Min 2 years of relevant working experience

· Shift work and weekend duty is required

· diploma, building construction related, skill evalution certificate level 1&2 BCA.
