• Working hours : 5.5 day week / Monday to Friday 8.30- 5.30 / Saturday 8.30-/12.30 (WORK FORM HOME / REMOTE ONLY)
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to $7,200 + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:

• To assist in overseeing the entire operation of the company.
• To execute the order and decision of the management committee.
• Coordination with all site personnel to ensure smooth workflow.
• To coordinate and liaise with drafter to propose, amend and submit all related drawings.
• To coordinate and liaise with all projects staff and workers to ensure smooth workflow.
• To attend meetings with clients; prepare all necessary documents/materials submission of the project.
• To submit all Schedules, Procurement, Documents on time.
• To report any work / any incidents to your superior. When problem arises at site, to have initiative to solve or consult your immediate superior for assistance.
• To keep track of site documentation records for easy reference.
• To conduct In-house Toolbox meeting and to ensure all safety issues at site.
• Budgeting and planning in execution of on-going works and tenders.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in Construction Industry.
• Preferably able to start work immediately or at short notice.

• Conduct / liaising of meetings to all parties.
• Coordinate / supervise / managing the nature of works based on project plan.
• Ensure Safety Health Environment implementation of works.

• Able to do shop drawings with minimum supervision

Requirements

• Minimum 4years experience in HDB/LTA/CONDO Projects
• Degree in Architecture or other equivalent
• Have knowledge in local practices and other architectural trades

The Civil Engineer is responsible for supervising structural projects. They ensure each project is feasible by analyzing local and environmental impacts and making sure that they can be completed on time within the budget restrictions. Other duties and responsibilities may include:

• Considering budget, regulations and environmental hazards during risk-analysis stage
• Preparing material, equipment and labor cost estimates and confirming costs are within the budget
