• Maintain accurate records of vessel details, quotations, and sales data, ensuring all information is digitalized and stored in comprehensive databases.
• Oversee the post-sales process, including client follow-ups, providing ongoing support, and ensuring timely payment collection.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering or Business Administration.
• Additional certifications in marine operations or sales management are highly desirable.
• At least 5 years of sales experience in marine dredging, construction, or related industries.
• Demonstrated success in managing the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, deal closure, and post-sales management.
• Proven expertise in sourcing vessel specifications and conducting cost estimations within the marine sector.
• Willingness to travel as required to meet clients or participate in industry events; owning personal transportation is advantageous.
• A well-established network of contacts within the marine industry is a significant asset.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly self-motivated and capable of managing projects independently.
