Job Descriptions:
• Plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of projects which includes manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule and cost control.
• Exercise timely instructions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather or emergencies at construction project sites.
• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, relevant authorities and developers in resolving site issues and authorities’ compliances issues to avoid discrepancies.
• Review manpower planning and monitoring of work schedules to ensure orderly delegation of jobs and smooth operation.
• Perform cost management to manage projects within approved budgets, include materials, manpower and machinery cost control for new and running projects.
• Exercise effectively safe and economical methodology and enforces project standards
• To perform any other ah-hoc duties as and when assigned.
· Requirements:
· Min Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
· Min 2 cycle of build HDB’s BTO/ warehouse working experience
· Good communication skill and able to interact with all levels of staff
· Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company
• Completed relevant safety courses required by MOM
• Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit
