• Familiarity with local building regulations, environmental and safety standards will be advantageous
• Strong Knowledge of diaphragm wall construction techniques and equipment
• Proficient in project management software
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost control and financial management of projects
• Effective communication, stakeholder, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
