Job Responsibilities:

• Report to the Corporate Quality and Safety Department through the Head Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager.
• Monitor and support the company's EHS program and policies, ensuring effective execution of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Management Systems and certification.
• Conduct EHS surveys and inspections, recommending corrective actions and advising on safety programs to improve EHS performance.
• Investigate accidents to determine root causes, track and update EHS KPI performance of the Business Unit, and ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements.
• Manage and liaise with authorities on safety and environmental-related matters, ensuring effective communication and compliance.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned to support the EHS function and overall safety performance.

Job Descriptions:

• Manage and prepare the measurements and cost estimates for the construction projects from initial calculations to the final accounts.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Responsible to review T&C in all contracts and risk assessment and advise solutions accordingly.
• Resolve all contract issues and ensure all lega implications are reviewed and managed.
• Liaise with maincon on contractual matters including payment claims, change orders, variation orders, extension of time, etc.
• Lead and monitor the QS team for progress claims, variation works, bills of quantities and other tender requirements.
• Provide supervision to all contractual matter, tendering and procurement procedures (i.e. cost control, project budgeting, etc.)
• Work closely with the project team to ensure timely payments from maincon.

Job Requirements:

• Have reasonable exposure in safety and health for construction especially on transportation infrastructure projects in a similar nature
• Attended the Design for Safety (DfS) for Professional Course and passed the assessment or equivalent.
• A registered PE or Architect with a Practicing Certificate OR
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in the design and the supervision of the construction of structures with at least 5 years in design which includes contributions to designs and writing specification
• Have a degree accepted by PE Board or Board of Architect and construction related degree accepted by Singapore Institute of Surveyors (SISV) and Society of Project Managers (SPM)
• Possess excellent leadership, planning, good management skills, interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
