• Track and document maintenance issues, updating defect records and ensuring timely follow-up on repair requests.
• Perform clerical tasks related to purchase orders, including processing, filing, and updating records.
  Assist with tracking the status of orders and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Maintain records for factory materials and supplies, performing regular stocktake (e.g., gloves, tools).
  Track inventory levels and notify relevant departments of low stock or replenishment needs.
• Provide support for any additional administrative tasks as required, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and report generation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and external contacts.
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
