• Reports to construction manager
• Responsible for design finalization and shop drawings production/material submission for all façades
• Visit project sites, arrange and conduct inspections on mainly Facade Works
• Ensure workmanship, procedures and method statements are in accordance to specified standards
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure works are in compliance with method statements & proper sequence of work and in accordance to BCA’s good industry practice
• Review, coordination and management of interfaces with other trades
• Prepare QA/QC Plan, inspection & test plans/check list for site activities. Review inspection and testing reports
• Issue NCRs, propose corrective action in a timely and effective manner
• Oversee delivery inspection of project materials
• Review, approve and maintain all related documentation
• Other duties as assigned and able to work with minimum supervision

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Dipolma in Architectural or Civil / Structural Engineering
• Minimum 8 years in building projects
• Experience with architectural and facade works
• Location : Everywhere in Singapore

Responsibilities

• Produce Basic Auto Cad/Sketch Up/BIM drawings
• Assist Project Manager in tendering, understand the tender specification requirement.
• Draft quotation for project
• Prepare cost estimation, revise and update tendering
• Coordinate with project team to measure and value the work done/products used on site for claim submission
• Draft report for project submission
• Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers when necessary

Requirements

• Minimum Degree and above in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• 1-2 years of working experience in QS or related construction field
• Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels
• Proficiency in Autocad is a MUST
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
