As a Data Analyst, you will collect and analyze data to identify trends and provide the team and Management with valuable information that they can use to improve operational and businesses practices and trends.

Your main duties include identifying, gathering, analyzing data and making their insights accessible to the company through easy-to-understand graphs, charts, tables and reports. From time to time, you may also be required to assist the IT Engineer in supporting end user technologies, including desktop, printers, devices and potentially network and systems of all types, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly.

It is expected that the candidate has a very fine eye for detail, experience as a Data Analyst, and a deep understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases.

A successful Data Analyst must be detail-oriented, proactive, and have a strong Emotional Quotient (EQ) to manage and resolve conflicts. To quickly establish trust and confidence in their abilities, the individual will work collaboratively, and must be able to communicate effectively with the Client, Fortis Construction Pte. Ltd. team, subcontractors of all tiers, as well as the equipment vendors and their agents. 

Responsibilities Specific to the Role:

• Develops and manages data dictionaries and documentation of data reporting standards
• Build dashboards and reports to visualize and interpret business data in supporting business decision making
• Collaborate effectively on team projects and work autonomously on individual work as appropriate
• Assist IT Engineer to provide IT support by monitoring and maintaining the company computer systems, installs and configures hardware and software, and solves technical problems

Purpose of the Job:

To oversee the design approval process and resolve all related issues on restaurant builds and remodels.

Job Size:

The role initially covers the markets of Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Cambodia, Brunei, Guam, Saipan, but market assignment may change from time to time according to the business needs.

This position will be based in Singapore with traveling when required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for minor repair works and tenants/department needs
• Assist in annual fire drills, safety committee meetings and related fire safety issues in compliance
