Responsibilities:

• Conduct site inspections and checks to ensure and pre-empt that premises, building including M&E systems and installations as well as the building, facilities and amenities are maintained in high standard and free from faults and/or potential malfunctioning, power trips, water leakages, etc.
• To liaise and escort, inspect, supervise and monitor the contractors managed under this Contract as well as other ad-hoc contractors for the preventive, corrective maintenance works and project works etc.
• To review and approve the Method Statement, Risk Assessment, Safe Work Procedure, Fall Prevention Plan, and all related safety documents prior job commerce
• Respond to facility related complaints and requests promptly
• Prepare maintenance schedule and carry out the day-to-day preventive and corrective maintenance and servicing operations.
• Attend to minor repairs such as replacing blown/worn-out lightings, rectify power trip/failure and similar
• Ensure all quotations, POs, monthly report, and any other necessary paperwork are submitted on time
• Develop, prepare, and present facilities and site-related management reporting including site status, performance, incident, cost, budget, service delivery and management reports
• Any other ad hoc jobs as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities related course
• Minimum Two (2) year of in Facilities Management Environment,
• Resourceful and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Proactive and responsive
• Able and willing to travel around Singapore for work assignments

• Minimum Degree / ACCA or CPA in Accountancy
• Minimum 5 years of Finance experience with some HR exposure will be an advantage
• Experienced in MCST and property management but not essential
• Analytical and an eye for details
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Adaptable and able to multi-task with good people skills
• Good communication both written and verbal
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Ability to work independently
• Strong management skills will be an advantage

• Analyse and recommend investment opportunities in Singapore Real Estate sector, covering commercial and residential properties
• Managing existing assets to enhance portfolio performance
• Prepare periodic market and performance reports
• Business Development for EV charging business
• Research and develop business case and investment thesis for new businesses
• Lead and execute the implementation plan for EV charging at existing malls and residential projects

Requirements:

• A good degree in Real Estate/Business/Finance or related discipline
• Strong in financial modelling and investment feasibility studies
• Possess strong analytical and financial skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel application
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain security and safety of the allocated premises
• Monitor CCTV activities
• Perform duties at security checkpoint
• Manage traffic and ensure orderliness at driveways
• Inspect all areas for safety and fire hazard

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a ‘O’ level with at least 1 year of relevant experience
• Possess security WSQ certification and a valid security license
• Able to handle queries, request and concerns in regards with the security and safety matters.
• Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skill
• Lady officer are required to patrol lady toilet
• Must be able to work on rotating shifts on weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities:

• Conducts regular checks and functionality tests on building services equipment for compliance and serviceability.
• Carries out minor repairs on faulty building services equipment to reinstate affected equipment operation in the shortest possible time.
• Supervises major repair works by contractors on faulty building services equipment to ensure repairs are done to reinstate affected equipment operation in the shortest possible time.
• Performs preventive maintenance works on building services equipment.
• Initiates and implements cost saving repair techniques and program to facilitate cost saving for the Department.
• Repairs and upkeeps minor faults of the building’s architectural and structural finishes (painting touch-ups, tiles repairs, water proofing repairs, etc).
• Works co-operatively during emergency to reinstate buildings’ services in the shortest possible time.
• Maintains Department’s workings tools, materials and machines for serviceability and accountability.
• Maintains Department workshop, workstations, and workplaces.
• Provides technical assistance to tenants’ requests on the buildings’ services (extension of building services beyond normal trading hours, repairs, fault rectification, tenancy fit-out works, etc).
• Provides technical assistance to activities organized by the Advertising & Promotions Department (operation of winches, lighting and power supply provision, repair of display structures, etc).
• Assists the Tenancy Co-ordination Department in tenancy fit-out works handing-over/taking-over inspection for compliance.
• Assists the building’s Fire Safety Manager.
• Any other works instructed by his superiors.

Requirements:

• Minimum ‘O’ Level or NITEC in related engineering field
• Certification in First Aid/CERT is an added advantage
• At least 2 years of working experience in large commercial shopping centres, hotels, serviced apartments or residential properties
• Able to work on rotating shifts on weekends & public holidays

Responsibilities:

• To plan and implement maintenance schedule for building maintenance, M&E plants and equipment.
• Supervise all M&E works carried out by term and ad-hoc contractors, including tenant's fitting out contractors.
• Monitor, direct and ensure that all contracted works comply with specifications and statutory requirement.
• Conduct inspection of building to ensure compliance with all safety (including fire-safety) regulations and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of all M&E plants and air-conditioning equipment and establish appropriate follow-up actions.
• Ensure technicians complete daily routine works, in accordance with checklist and SOP and provide guidance as a mentor.
• Establish, maintain good rapport with tenants and attend to their complaints.
• Attend to all emergency situations.
• Responsible for the preventive maintenance of equipment and ensure that the records are kept up to date for periodic review.
• Any other duties assigned by superiors from time to time.

Requirements:

• ITE /Diploma in a related field.
• At least 5 years related experience as a Senior Technician or Supervisor.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
