• Candidates should possess a minimum Diploma in Building, Engineering, Facilities Management, Business, Accountancy or a related discipline.
• Experience working with basic accounting will be an added advantage.
• Good computer literacy/knowledge.
• Pro-active attitude, meticulous, organized and able to multi-task with an understanding of building services.
• Willing to work on alternate Saturdays (half-day).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Collaborate with the Sales Team to understand project requirements and prepare design and specification documents, including floor plans and system configurations.
• Create Bill of Quantities based on client needs and budget considerations.
• Develop 2D and 3D design proposals, including space planning solutions, for the Sales Team.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, and coordinate with customers, contractors, installers, and suppliers throughout the project.
• Track project tasks to ensure timely completion and handle additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture/Civil Engineering/ Quantity Surveying.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination, design coordination, or quantity surveying.
• Experience in estimating quantities and materials for commercial interior design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Illustrator.
