We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Property Executive to assist in managing and optimizing a portfolio of properties (residential/commercial/industrial) and evaluating new property development or value-add opportunities. The successful candidate will work closely with property managers, tenants, investors, and other stakeholders to ensure the effective operational and financial performance of real estate assets. 6. Risk Management and Compliance:

7. Administrative Support:

Requirements:

About the Role:

• Lead a team of property officers and work closely with the Member of Parliament and grassroots leaders in the management of the common areas of the public housing estates.

• Prepare designs, sketches and reports with supporting calculations for projects, and supply drafting staff with information to assist in the production of detailed drawings, the development of quantities, materials lists and cost estimates as required.

• To manage and negotiate pricing, commercial terms with local and overseas suppliers and recommend the most competitive suppliers and subcon.
• With experience in Import-export related transactions affairs.
• Ensure continuous supply of required goods and materials and communicate any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on business operations.
