• Lead technical product sector review meetings that will involve team members across divisions, in order to share technical competence, and knowledge and contribute to the development of the segment strategy
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of technical governance processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, operations, and compliance, to ensure consistent adherence to technical governance standards.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures and processes

Job Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) industry
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, accreditation processes, and inspection and certification procedures.
• Knowledge of applicable legal and regulatory frameworks in the TIC industry
• Chartered Engineer in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering
• Degree/Masters or Equivalent in Civil Engineering or Materials science
• 5+ years in civil engineering within consultancy/engineering practice
• Travel between SEA and Middle East
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to address technical governance challenges effectively
• Proficient in using relevant technology tools and software for technical governance and quality assurance.
• Active affiliation with appropriate networks and organisations and ongoing continuous professional development (CPD)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and external stakeholders
• Leadership abilities to guide and motivate teams towards achieving technical governance objectives.
