Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for candidates who have related structural of steel, Building and Construction, supervising all aspects of construction operations on-site, including managing teams, ensuring the quality of work, overseeing safety compliance, and maintaining schedules.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction workers, subcontractors, and laborers on-site.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain a productive and safe working environment.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to interpret specifications and drawings.
  • Inspect work at various stages of construction to ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and health standards.
  • Conduct daily site inspections for safety hazards and enforce compliance with safety procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain the availability of materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Address on-site issues, including delays, equipment malfunctions, and workforce challenges.
  • Proactively identify potential problems and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Report project progress, challenges, and costs to senior management.
  • Document construction activities, including daily reports, inspections, and meetings.

Requirements

· High school diploma/Diploma/Specialist/ Advance Diploma and above in Engineering related fields is preferred.

· At least 3 years working experience working as a supervisor role.

· Experience in Civil Engineering Field.

· Fast Pace & Result Hardworking Learner.

· Able to work independently.

· Requires 5.5 days Working.

• To supervise the work of sub-contractors and work closely with other operations staff to meet the project schedule

• Performed Cabinet assembly with the use of hand tools.
• Assisted with all aspects of the assembly team.
• Read detailed schematics for cabinets and executed assembly accurately.
• Helped with delivering and manually installing cabinets.
• Installed cabinets in residential homes.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Construction Industry
• Possess a certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS)
• Supervisory experience in foundation & structural works on site
