Duties & Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for project and site supervision, attend site meetings and co-ordinate with various stake holders, regulatory bodies, subcontractors and all related parties to ensure the smooth implementation/completion of project.
• Ensures completeness of documentation ie all changes to specifications/work scopes/drawings/etc are accurately documented.
• Assist in resolving challenges that may arise during project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
• Ensure compliance of safety regulations in accordance to industry standards.
• Efficient management of resources and materials.
• Manage manpower and overtime costs to ensure optimal.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Oversee contract execution and monitor installation progress, ensuring timely delivery through coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and review method statements, shop drawings, technical submissions, and work progress reports for M&E-related tasks.
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve technical and site issues, and coordinate with authorities for inspections, testing, and commissioning.
• Assist in procurement of materials, equipment, and labour within budget while supporting project negotiations.
• Apply expertise in Data Centers, DfMA, and specialized systems such as VAV/VRV, chillers, chilled water pipes, and lighting control systems.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience handling and monitoring the progress of projects in Construction industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage project schedules and site activities.

• Work with project teams, sub-contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

• Coordinate with building owners, architects, consultants, and contractors.

• Ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.

• Conduct pre-installation inspections and prepare installation and as-built drawings.

• Provide operation manuals and training for building management teams.

• Perform equipment testing, commissioning, and fire alarm checks.

• Test and commission installed products.

• Prepare materials, drawings, and product specifications

• Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Possess Class 3 OR Class 3A driving license

Requirements:

• Must have both marine and construction working experience.

• Marine construction-related working experience is preferred.
• Possess a Certificate of Project Manager Safety Course is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, etc. Knowledge in SketchUp is a plus.
• Strong capability in client management and team/people management. High emotional intelligence to manage and work effectively with workers and divers from different nationalities and backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
